get to know me
I’m a dreamer with an appetite for adventure, a passion for sustainability, and a craving for slow living. Before trying my hand at motherhood and farming, I was a workaholic who backpacked around the globe mostly solo, traveled in a van, and lived in a remote off-grid house.
Now I live on 35 acres in rural Colorado with my husband Ryan, our toddler, sometimes my mom in her tiny house, our rescue dogs and collection of farm animals.
We are using our land to SLOWLY build a sustainable farmstead and farm stay accommodations.

from solo nomad to farm mom
After a decade of mostly solo travel, I crossed paths with my husband Ryan while we were both living in camper vans. We caravanned across the United States together and put down roots in Colorado. After 3 years of living off-the-grid in the middle of nowhere, we welcomed our son into the world and moved to our farmstead.

how it all began
I was raised as the only child of a single Army mom, so we moved around a lot. I attended 10 schools by 10th grade and was no stranger to travel by the time I graduated from high school. I spent most of my youth in Arizona though, and consider it where I’m from.
